Villa Francisca is an original olive press, charmingly restored to create a warm and welcoming home filled with original features. Four delightful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, accommodate up to eight guests, with reception rooms including a large, comfortable lounge and a spacious Tuscan kitchen with an eat-in breakfast room. The gardens are surrounded by terraced olive groves, with valley views stretching across the swimming pool to the medieval towers of Lucca—an idyllic spot for relaxed summer evenings with close family and friends.

Olives have been harvested from the terraced hillsides surrounding the villa for centuries. Dating back to the 16th century, when it served as a private press for a local noble family who resided here during the summer months, the frantoio remained fully operational until 1997, pressing olive oil from villagers in the surrounding area. During its restoration, large, ancient terracotta vases were uncovered in the cellars, once used to store the freshly pressed oil, a prized commodity in its time.

The villa offers a heated, floodlit pool (8x4m), al fresco dining, a barbecue and private parking, along with daily maid service, a concierge, gardener and pool attendant included throughout the stay.
