A few steps along the stone walkway crossing the lawn lead from the portico to a large solarium overlooking the sea, and from there down to the 150 metres of white beach that make up the Golfo della Padulella, bordered by imposing cliffs within a protected biological area on the island of Elba. Villa Lupeda sits at the heart of this authentic paradise, within a Mediterranean-inspired garden featuring a seawater swimming pool and a gazebo equipped for outdoor cooking and relaxation. The exterior blends granite stone with delicate plastering, juniper and chestnut wood, while interiors combine pickled oak doors and windows, custom salvaged-wood furniture, and bleached driftwood headboards, alongside glazed majolica tiles in vivid orange, yellow and purple throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The bright, all-white living room connects seamlessly to the outdoors through large glass doors, opening onto a pergola that stretches toward the garden and pool—an ideal spot to relax with sea views. The villa offers four double bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms with showers and direct outdoor access, and a fourth elegant suite with a private bathroom and whirlpool tub beneath the portico.

Set within a 2,000 sqm garden filled with palms, olive trees and flowering herbs, the grounds include a panoramic wooden sunbathing platform with heated whirlpool tub, a central 110 sqm infinity pool with varying depths and a granite underwater seat, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and gym.
