Set within the Pineta di Varenna, a completely enclosed private park with exclusive access for its residents, Villa Merida sits about 200 metres from the sea, offering complete privacy. Each villa within the park is well separated from its neighbours, surrounded by its own garden as well as the greenery of centuries-old pines and Mediterranean plants throughout the estate, connected by well-maintained internal roads.

The property features around 1,000 square metres of garden, with lawns, pines, holm oaks and colourful Mediterranean planting. Built in the classic Versilian architectural style of the 1970s, the villa is elegant and distinctive, with a decorative sundial adding a charming original touch. Indoors, quality materials—wood, terracotta and tiled floors paired with soft pastel furnishings—create a light, airy atmosphere throughout, with a bright, open-plan living area combining dining and lounge space that opens onto a veranda for relaxing outdoors.

The villa is spread across three floors. The living level includes a dining area, sofa and TV zone with an adjoining eat-in kitchen, along with a small bedroom suitable for children and a bathroom with shower. The first floor holds three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, one with a walk-in closet, and the attic floor houses a further double bedroom with a French-size bed and ensuite shower.

Outside, the well-maintained garden includes a laundry area, a brick-built barbecue, and two porticoes—one set up for al fresco dining, the other furnished with sofas for relaxation. A 12×4 metre saltwater swimming pool, open from May to October, is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers. Just a short distance from the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and the walking trails and cultural program of the nearby Versiliana pine forest, Villa Merida offers an experience shaped by nature, elegance and the timeless charm of the Tuscan coast.
