Fully restored to the highest standards, the villa retains its age-old Tuscan charm, with terracotta tiled floors, wood-beamed ceilings, original frescoes and several small patio areas shaded by rose-covered gazebos.

Offering the best of modern comfort within an elegant yet rustic setting, reception rooms include a TV lounge, drawing room, traditional Tuscan kitchen, grand dining room and winter garden conservatory, while a separate cottage adds its own kitchen, dining room and sun lounge. To the front of the villa, a vast lawn with private swimming pool offers the perfect setting for treasured Tuscan moments in good company.

The wider estate to which the villa belongs grew over the centuries into a renowned producer of wine and olive oil, shipping produce as far as Italian communities in South America. Villa Fernanda itself was added in the early 17th century as a home for the estate’s workers, complete with a bread oven, stables and grain storage—traces of this working history still visible throughout the property today.
