Golden beaches, white marble mountains and fertile plains blend together in Versilia, a corner of Tuscany rich in contrast and natural beauty. Villa Dola is set in this unique landscape, on a residential road about 3 km from Massarosa, standing on a hillside with a fabulous skyline capturing the plain below—the town and lagoon landscape surrounding Lake Massaciuccoli, framed by the Apuan Alps to the north and the Versilia coastline to the west.

Surrounded by a green garden with multiple living areas, the villa combines understated, refined contemporary style with the highest levels of comfort. Clean, geometric furniture lines meet glamorous details of fine marble, mirrors and lacquered surfaces, leather and velvet in contrasts of black and white, creating elegant, well-lit rooms throughout. The area offers a wealth of artistic and cultural experiences nearby, close to Torre del Lago Puccini and the Oasis nature reserve of Lake Massaciuccoli, with the artistic centres of Lucca and Pietrasanta, and the beaches of Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, all a short drive away.

Spread across three floors, the ground floor includes a large living area with sofas and table football opening onto the pool deck, while the first floor holds an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen with garden access, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor houses four further double bedrooms, two with open-plan ensuite showers and two sharing a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, alongside a long panoramic terrace overlooking Massarosa and the lake.

The terraced garden includes a lounge area for al fresco dining, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven, and a panoramic whirlpool tub surrounded by sofas.
