Villa Sima is a prestigious contemporary villa nestled into the hillside within the coastal province of Trapani, with panoramic views stretching across the coastline from Marsala to Erice, and out toward the Egadi Islands, Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo, along with the ancient site of Mothia in the lagoon. The villa also offers superb conditions for kitesurfing enthusiasts.

A grand white marble staircase leads up to the open-plan main entrance, with the accommodation spread across two floors. The luminous entrance area opens into a modern lounge, kitchen and dining space fitted with smart home controls, leading through to two large double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both designed to maximise views of the islands. A passageway from the dining room leads to the villa’s spectacular heated pool area, which can be enclosed to function as an indoor pool when needed. Downstairs, a second living zone with kitchen and dining facilities adjoins three further double bedrooms, all ensuite, including one with an extra bed for children, alongside a luminous lounge and a wellness area with wooden sauna, mood shower and tranquillity waterfall.

Outside, cascading gardens filled with birds of paradise and fragrant shrubs surround multiple terraces, including a rooftop, BBQ and pool terrace. The Italian-style pool features a spa massage bed and hydrotherapy jet fountain, with electric enclosing walls allowing use of the heating system through cooler months.
