Set on the hill of Pantogia, just five minutes’ drive from Porto Cervo’s marina and famous Piazzetta, Villa Penelope enjoys some of the best views in the area, looking out over the town and the sea below. Recently renovated with care by its owners, the villa is especially well suited to hosting groups of friends who want to share a stay while keeping their own private space.

The layout reflects this balance well. On the ground floor, guest rooms occupy their own private wing with an independent entrance, a separate kitchen and a large dedicated living room—ideal for guests who want their own rhythm during the stay. This level also includes an entrance hall, a spacious living and dining area, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a large terrace with an outdoor living area and a table for up to eight guests opens onto another fully equipped kitchen, along with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct pool access, and a further double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
