Surrounded by large terraces and a well-kept garden, the property boasts an exclusive 6x20m swimming pool overlooking an outcrop of lava rock and the sea. Refined and elegant, the villa spans two levels, each accessible only from the outside.

On the first floor, reached via an impressive external staircase, a spacious entrance hall leads to a bright living area with lounge, dining space and kitchen, alongside five cosy ensuite bedrooms. The ground floor includes a second living room with its own dining area and kitchen, three further ensuite bedrooms, and a games room with table tennis, table football and a punch bag. Tastefully furnished throughout, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, four smart TVs, and two washing machines and dishwashers for effortless longer stays.

Ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday, Villa Iza also serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, with Mount Etna’s park, Acireale, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse all just a short drive away, and boat trips to Lachea Island and the sea stacks at Aci Trezza and Aci Castello easily arranged.
