Surrounded by a lawned garden, the property features spacious terraces, a large 8x21m swimming pool and a jacuzzi. This exclusive contemporary villa consists of a main house and an annex, set across two levels with bright, cosy interiors that open through large glass doors onto the garden and surrounding landscape.

The ground floor of the main house includes a living area with kitchen, a luxury suite with double bed, in-room jacuzzi tub and bathroom, two further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a fourth bathroom with shower. The first floor, reached via an external staircase, offers a second living and dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a guest bathroom. The annex adds two further bedrooms with two bathrooms. A dedicated wellness area with sauna and treadmill rounds out the amenities, alongside air conditioning, Wi-Fi, eight TVs, dryer, two washing machines and dishwashers, and a BBQ.
