Set in Val di Noto, one of Sicily’s most celebrated regions, Villa Orion stands among fields of carob trees, olive trees and dry stone walls—a subtle tribute to local tradition and an ideal escape from city life. The property is spread across three small connected buildings, finished in resin, wood, iron, steel and local stone, creating a fresh, minimal and elegant interior.

Large sliding glass doors bring light into the living spaces and open views over the pool and surrounding countryside. A modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table seating eight sit alongside comfortable modern seating in the living area. On the same level, two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a laundry area complete the space, while a short staircase leads to two further bedrooms with private bathrooms—every room with direct access to its own furnished outdoor space and the pool area.

Outside, dry stone walls and carob and olive trees set a slow, rural pace, with a reed-shaded terrace table for four just off the living area, and a larger dining space beneath a carob tree seating eight, perfect for lunches outdoors or dinners beneath the stars. The stone swimming pool takes full advantage of the setting, offering views over the countryside toward the sea, with sun loungers and umbrellas completing the outdoor space.
