Welcome to Villa Martha, a wonderfully stylish seaside house right on the coast near Giardini Naxos. From the Hollywood-style staircase to the sea-view pool terrace, every space is designed for glamour, comfort, and relaxed island living.

Stylish and modern, Villa Martha sits right on the sea in the resort of Giardini Naxos, close to lively local shops, restaurants and bars, and within easy reach of chic Taormina. Recently restored, the villa’s original glamour – including a striking Hollywood-style staircase – has been revived through white and neutral tones paired with contemporary furniture throughout.

Spread across three floors, the villa offers an elegant living room, dining room and kitchen at pool level, all with sea views, alongside a guest bathroom. A curving staircase leads up to three double bedrooms (two ensuite, one with a private bath) and a further ensuite single room. At the lower level, a second living room connects to two more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms – one adjoining a further room, ideal for parents travelling with children – along with a dedicated wellness area featuring a gym, massage room, emotional shower and bathroom.

The garden is equally impressive, divided into a pool area, an outdoor dining space with pergola and sea views, a solarium, and a shaded patio.
