Just ten minutes from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, the elite neighbourhood of Lozica offers tranquility, privacy and pleasure in equal measure, with views breaking from the edge of the infinity pool and easy access—by car or by yacht—to the Elaphite Islands, Mljet, Korčula and Pelješac.

Oversized windows and a refined use of white bring daylight throughout the villa’s 500 square metres of interiors, with splendid views over Daksa Island, the Grebeni rocks and the turquoise Adriatic. Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs and curated 20th-century art and sculpture create a sophisticated yet homely atmosphere, while Travertino Navona marble runs through the common areas, Croatian oak warms the bedrooms, and bathrooms are finished in fine marble, including a rare Travertino Giallo Unique sourced from South America.

An elegant foyer leads into an airy, open-concept space spread over two levels around a central marble staircase, with a view-filled office and a modern fitness room just off the entrance. The lower level flows into a chic living room with a 60-inch TV and a fully equipped Arital kitchen with a custom table for twelve, ideal for preparing fresh Adriatic seafood to enjoy indoors or on the shaded terrace. Expansive terraces furnished by B&B Italia invite a relaxed espresso before or after a dip in the infinity pool.

The villa offers five double bedrooms sleeping up to ten guests, with two further guests accommodated on a pull-out sofa—three bedrooms on the west side and two separate guest units to the east, ideal for older children, friends or staff seeking extra privacy.
