The villa offers five double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and spacious living and dining areas hosting up to ten guests.

Spanning 460 square metres of interior space on an 1,800 square metre plot, the mansion integrates perfectly into its hillside setting, built across several terraced floors to guarantee ultimate privacy and a fantastic view over the sea and coast. The ground floor includes an entrance with wardrobe, a spacious living area with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and TV room, a guest bathroom, a gym with sauna and shower, and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
