Villa Borgi is located in the small bay of Tatinje, an idyllic oasis where the clear blue Adriatic kisses the skyline of the island of Čiovo, just 3.2 km from the ancient city of Trogir. Surrounded by five islands—Čiovo itself, along with Drvenik, Hvar, Brač and Šolta, all clearly visible from the terrace—the villa’s setting combines the spirit of traditional island life with contemporary elegance and luxury.

The property offers a private entrance and parking for five vehicles, just 30 metres from a small beach. The grounds include a private infinity pool, children’s playground, garden and shaded pergola, with sunbathing loungers, an LCD TV and sound system on both the poolside terrace and upper lounge terrace, along with a dining set for ten and a barbecue.

The bright, elegant living and sitting areas are furnished with designer pieces, lighting and carpets, both opening onto the terrace and pool with sea views, and a jacuzzi bath set within the living room extension.
