Despite its central location, the villa offers real tranquility, just a ten-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Town. Originally built in 1927, the villa has since been updated to offer the full comfort of a modern, fully equipped home.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with private bathroom sits across the hallway from a living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with doors leading out to the pool area. An original stone staircase leads up to the first floor, home to two further bedrooms with private bathrooms and a covered terrace ideal for meals or quiet summer evenings, while the master bedroom occupies the second floor with its own kitchenette and private bathroom.

Outside, the spacious grounds offer real privacy, with a swimming pool, sunbathing area with loungers and parasols, and a separate unit housing a sauna, small gym and table tennis. A tavern with barbecue provides the perfect atmosphere for family meals, and a self-contained apartment above—with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom—offers further flexibility for guests.
