Villa Beltram is a modern villa placed in the beautiful Mokošica area of Dubrovnik, where the river Ombla flows into the sea. Completely modern in design, the villa features large glass walls throughout, framing magnificent sea views from nearly every room.

The ground-floor bedroom faces the sea directly, with a large glass picture window that doubles as a door to the outside terrace—guests can fall asleep and wake up facing the water. Soft cotton linens and towels, a 43-inch LED TV with international channels, and individual air conditioning complete each room, with every bedroom offering its own private bathroom. The villa is fully covered by Wi-Fi throughout.

Set on a 950 square metre plot, the property includes private parking, an outdoor summer kitchen, an outdoor lounge and dining area, and a beautiful lawn shaded by olive trees over 200 years old, alongside a barbecue fireplace and a 26 square metre pool.
