At its heart lies the Sacred Garden, a spiritual retreat between the monastery and fortress, where sacred geometry and nine meditation stations invite guests to reflect, connect and heal.

Founded in 1483, the Franciscan monastery at the heart of the villa has stood as a guardian of Lopud Island’s history and culture for centuries, its sacred halls once welcoming moments of reflection, artistic expression and community gathering. A careful, decades-long restoration has preserved the building’s integrity and authentic character, crafting spaces where history and modernity coexist, complemented by furnishings that blend old and new into a seamless whole.

Guests will also discover a remarkable art collection on-site, spanning Renaissance treasures, fine tapestries and contemporary works—art that becomes a bridge between history and modernity, with every piece telling its own story.
