Spanning 2,000 square metres, with 750 square metres of interior space, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six unique bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower, alongside additional bathrooms and toilets for extra convenience. A fully equipped kitchen opens into a spectacular living and dining area beneath a glass roof, decorated with elegant royal blue furniture, dark wood and a piano, along with a small indoor garden that adds a distinctive touch throughout the space.

Hidden among olive trees, a striking 35 square metre swimming pool with hydromassage is surrounded by loungers offering views over the beach and the Adriatic Sea. Additional wellness facilities include an indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, massage chair and gym, while a rich breakfast is included daily, with an on-site concierge on hand to arrange further services such as boat rental, watersports or a private chef.
