The villa’s modern architectural design sits in perfect harmony with its mature garden, and indoor and outdoor living flow together seamlessly, making it equally suited to every season.

Sleeping 10-12 guests, the villa is arranged across several levels. The upper floor hosts the master bedroom, complete with a private lounge, a king-size sleeping area, an ensuite bathroom with private heated plunge pool, a walk-in closet and a private office, alongside a second bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The ground floor offers a separate studio with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and private living room opening directly onto the pool area, along with two further living spaces, a dining area and kitchen. On the lower level, two further bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms overlook the garden and share the same panoramic views over the old town and sea, alongside a fully equipped gym and a spa area featuring a Turkish steam bath, Scandinavian sauna and massage space.
