Located at the apex of Kanoni, the villa sits well away from Corfu’s tourist crowds, yet offers easy access to the restaurants and shops of Corfu Town, just 20 minutes from the Corfu Golf Club. The 10-acre estate features beach frontage and beautifully tended gardens filled with shrubs and flowers, shaded by hundreds of olive and cypress trees, bougainvillea, wisteria, plumbago and jasmine.

The estate spans several garden levels, each with its own character, from a fountain-adorned terrace above the main house to a five-acre pine forest framing classic views of hills, bays and open sea. A path winds down to a pebble beach with changing facilities, a bar, and a protected pier suitable for large yachts.
