Villa Erisa is one of the area’s newest and grandest residences, its three stone storeys as striking as the seascape it overlooks. The layout steps up the hillside, with a lower garden level at its base, a stunning infinity pool, and a terrace at ground level, while six luxury bedroom suites offer complete relaxation for body and mind.

Italian hardwood floors run through the large open-plan kitchen and living area, furnished with handpicked pieces, modern art and a top-of-the-range kitchen finished in shades of Aegean blue. The villa’s design keeps its sea view in near-constant sight, with open-sided terrace seating, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and bar all arranged to leave the vista undisturbed. On the lower level, a private internal garden leads into a children’s play area that runs down toward the sea, with four bedroom suites opening directly onto this space—each a calm, white-finished retreat with Italian marble ensuites and jacuzzi baths. Two further bedrooms sit at the top of the house, trading garden views for private balconies.
