Set on a hilltop above the Heraklion Gulf, Villa Ellie offers unparalleled comfort just steps from the Cretan Sea. Spanning 300 square metres, the villa accommodates up to ten guests across five ensuite bedrooms, each opening onto a wrap-around balcony through floor-to-ceiling doors, with an additional 80 square metre apartment beneath the pool offering space for two further guests.

The spa-inspired master suite includes direct access to a sun deck, BBQ area and the villa’s heated infinity pool, while a private gym overlooking the sea offers a workout setting like no other. The 17-metre infinity pool seamlessly integrates with the seascape, complemented by a pool deck with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation, and a fully equipped outdoor BBQ area sets the scene for al fresco dining against the backdrop of the sea.

A stone path leads down to two secluded private beaches accessible only from the villa, offering a rare sense of exclusivity along the coast.
