Hidden on an isolated beach along the island’s south coast, the villa offers a truly unique holiday experience. Sandy shores, crystal-clear shallow waters, sand dunes covered in blooming lilies each August, and a nearby hill covered in pine and cedar trees all come together to create a rare natural setting—one where loggerhead sea turtles nest each June, and hatchlings make their journey to the sea by mid-August. With no artificial light nearby, the night sky here is exceptional, and from October to March, sunsets over the Libyan Sea create a striking daily spectacle.

The villa’s spacious living room offers views of both sea and mountain, flowing into a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen capable of catering for more than thirty guests. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with four pergola-covered terraces featuring built-in sofas and dining tables, ideal for shaded lunches or dinners overlooking the water. Two terraces include a barbecue, one directly by the sea, and an additional outdoor kitchen adds further flexibility for entertaining.

Villa Adriana is composed of a main house, a guesthouse block, and an additional guest room near the shore, offering twelve bedrooms in total—eight standard bedrooms and two family rooms with two bedrooms each. Surrounded by tamarisk trees and dune landscape, the villa offers an experience shaped by nature, seclusion and the untouched beauty of southern Crete.
