Designed to host milestone gatherings and productive retreats with style, the estate offers flexible accommodation from 4 to 14 private suites, welcoming smaller parties or a full house of up to 36 guests. Each suite includes an ensuite bathroom, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding, with several offering private terraces or balconies, all designed around natural light and clean, calming lines.

Life centres around the beachfront pool deck, where an outdoor bar, covered dining and multiple lounge zones invite long days by the water, while a spacious great room and fully equipped kitchen support both casual meals and chef-prepared dinners. The estate is the only one in its collection to feature a private tennis court, convertible into two pickleball courts, alongside complimentary kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear for exploring Fatima Bay, with open lawns for yoga and fitness, and off-property adventures such as boat charters, cenote visits and golf nearby.
