With beach access, a private pool and a personal basketball and pickleball court, the villa is an ideal choice for families, sleeping up to 30 guests. Set within the exclusive gated community of Los Ranchos Estates, guests enjoy access to all of Punta Mita’s amenities, including golf courses, beach clubs, gyms and tennis courts.

Spanning approximately 1,200 square metres, this incredible home offers eleven fabulous bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, including a private casita housing two of the bedrooms. Outdoor amenities include an infinity pool, an outdoor grill and pizza oven, a six-passenger golf cart, and the basketball/pickleball court, along with surfboards, paddleboards and boogie boards for exploring the coastline.
