The villa focuses on sport and wellness, so you will find plenty of active things to do within the villa alone! There is a gym/fitness area (with a treadmill, elliptical machine, bikes and weights) large outdoor pool , solarium and even a massage room available. For those keen cyclists, the villa is kitted out with a bike workshop and storage area so that you can prepare and store your bikes for your adventures around the islands.

Inside, on the ground the villa has a large dining area which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with views of the Serra de Tramuntana. On the lower ground floor you can find the living room area which is the ideal place to relax out of the sun, where you can watch TV, read, or watch the swimmers through the window that looks out to the pool. Outside in the large terrace there is the salted water pool and you will find an area to chill out with sunbeds  and sofas by the pool both shaded or sun-exposed with an outside shower, a changing room, a male toilet and a gas barbecue.

There are 12 bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom with shower or bath. There are 3 types of bedrooms and they are located 4 in each floor.On the first floor there are the 4 bedrooms with their own private balcony, on the ground floor there the 4 bedrooms with their own vintage bathtub in the room and in the lower ground floor there are the 4 larger rooms with a relaxing area where you can find a chaise lounge.
