Villa Fairea is an outstanding six-bedroom pool villa, perfectly located in the heart of cosmopolitan Spetses island. A place of pure comfort and tranquility, it feels like home from the moment you arrive, centrally located just 10 minutes’ walk from the main port and Spetses Town, and under 15 minutes to the Old Harbour.

The villa comprises two buildings, with a magnificent outdoor area of lush greenery unfolding at the entrance. The main building spans three levels: the ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, a dining area with an impressive monastery table, and an intimate living room, with fireplaces in both the dining and sitting areas. The first floor offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and breathtaking sea views, alongside a further double ensuite bedroom opening onto a shared balcony ideal for breakfast or evening drinks overlooking the sea. The lower level, pleasantly cool in summer, includes a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a playroom with home cinema, and a laundry area.

The second building offers a double, high-ceilinged ensuite bedroom overlooking the pool, a cosy living room, a second double ensuite bedroom with additional sofa bed, and a guest bedroom with twin beds and independent entrance and pool access.

Outside, an impressive marble dining table under a pergola and a fully equipped barbecue area invite long family lunches, while an outdoor bar offers refreshing drinks throughout the summer.
