Welcome to Villa Soul, its modernist forms blending seamlessly into the Ibiza landscape. From the hardwood veranda to the poolside sunset views, every space is designed for style and effortless coastal living.

The modernist forms of Villa Soul blend into the landscape. With its exotic hardwood veranda and gleaming steel columns, the house has the air of a luxury liner floating above the treetops. Inside, behind huge bay windows, the design mixes nautical chic with the minimalist cool of a New York loft—grey concrete surfaces complementing wood and steel features, porthole-style windows flooding the room with light, and elegant sliding doors structuring the spacious living room. Floaty white curtains echo the sails of boats gliding across the Mediterranean just outside.

Spanning 400 sqm, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and six bathrooms. As soon as the sun rises, guests can head down to the hidden cove of Cala Gracioneta, less than two miles away, to soak up the sun and bathe in near-total privacy, before enjoying freshly fried calamari at a nearby beachside terrace at lunchtime. Back at the villa, an aperitif by the pool rounds out the day, with the hilltop position offering a simply breathtaking sunset over the pines.
