The breathtaking grounds include a main house comprising a garden level, ground floor, two upper floors, basement as well as a seven-bedroom residence. Columned balconies and large terraces extend toward the sea, supported by stilts embedded in the rocks below, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful vistas as well as private sea access.
Outside, the 25 x 12-metre heated pool offers views of Monaco and the sea, which can be enjoyed all year round. For tennis lovers, a private tennis court is an opportunity to enjoy a match while taking in views of the Riviera. The property even features its own vegetable garden where the chef grows fresh produce such as tomatoes and lettuce. Adding to the charm of the estate, guests can encounter the resident animals, including goats, chickens, and geese.
