Villa Crystal Water is one of the most spectacular beachfront villas in Barbados, situated on 1.7 acres nestled amid tropical landscape, with panoramic views of the beach and turquoise ocean beyond. A gated entrance leads through mature tropical gardens to breathtaking sea views, with beautifully landscaped grounds featuring fountains, pools and waterfalls throughout.
The villa offers a private, secluded beach cove complete with an 18-foot speedboat for guest use, including water skis and other water sports equipment, with a larger boat available for cruising and deep-sea fishing at additional cost. Accommodating up to 24 guests across twelve bedrooms, the villa includes two sets of communicating suites and a Tea House with a king bed and twin Murphy beds, ideal for young families. Every room is finished with pristine white cotton linens, elegant furnishings and local artwork, along with flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans and air conditioning, while bathrooms feature imported Italian marble, seersucker robes and premium toiletries.
An adjacent annex suspends over the secluded cove, with an oceanfront terrace and bar area, and a private stairway leading directly to the beach – at high tide, the water reaches the bottom steps. The cove offers a cordoned-off swimming area ideal for paddleboarding, sailing and snorkelling, while a terrace just below the annex provides an idyllic spot for yoga overlooking the sea. The heated infinity pool, finished in blue Bisazza mosaic tile, completes the outdoor offering, alongside a home cinema and mini gym for family entertainment.
