Peacefully perched along the sought-after west coast of Barbados, Villa Catsteps is a modern three-bedroom villa located in St James, in the serene area of Alleyne’s Bay. Set in a quiet location, it’s a short walk from Alleyne’s Bay Beach, a minute’s stroll from the well-known Lonestar restaurant, and just five minutes’ drive from Holetown, placing guests close to a wealth of local amenities.

Gated and fully secured, the villa centres around a small enclosed courtyard offering complete privacy, with tropical plants and a shallow private dip pool at its heart – ideal for a cool dip or lounging in the sun. The beach itself is just across the road, with white powdery sands, turquoise waters and coral reefs offering some of the best snorkelling and diving spots on the island.

Inside, the villa’s modern, chic design features almost all-white interiors, warmed by artwork and contemporary fittings. The main living area opens onto the courtyard, filling the space with natural light, while a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, smooth countertops and pristine cabinetry rounds out the space, alongside a security system, sound system, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities.

The villa’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms are each fitted with modern furnishings, fresh linens and air conditioning. The primary suite sits on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and courtyard, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a rainfall shower and double vanity, while the second and third bedrooms share a further bathroom. For larger groups, Villa Catsteps can be combined with its neighbouring five-bedroom sister villa across the road for an eight-bedroom stay.
