Each of the seven individually designed guest bedrooms occupies its own private enclave, complete with bathroom and terrace, including a master suite with two walk-in dressing rooms and two bathrooms, a VIP bedroom with its own dressing room, four double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all with sea views and ensuite facilities. Spanning 700 sqm of living space across a 4,800 sqm property, the villa is supported by a team of eight staff.

The living area includes an elevated dining space for 18 guests with uninterrupted sea views, an expansive living room, fully equipped guest kitchen, a separate professional kitchen, and a private study. Outside, a 12x5m heated pool with adjustable floor and hydrotherapy jets is complemented by a poolside terrace with sunbeds, a mist cooling system and dining for ten, while indoors, an indoor heated exercise pool, gym, hammam, sauna and massage room complete the wellness offering.

Fully equipped with home automation, high-speed Wi-Fi, an indoor/outdoor wireless sound system, and three lifts plus a funicular connecting all levels, the villa also offers comprehensive security, including CCTV, a safe room and a 24/7 live-in caretaker.
