Chalet Luigi is situated in a tranquil location next to the Heidlift in Klosters Platz, enjoying breathtaking views to Gotschna and Madrisa. The chalet is within easy walking distance of the centre of Klosters, and just two minutes’ walk from the bus stop for quick access to the mountain cable cars. Spread across three floors, the chalet retains a cosy feel while offering modern amenities, with three double ensuite bedrooms and an ensuite bunk room for four, accommodating a group of eight to twelve people.

Guests enter on the ground floor via an entrance hall with spacious cloakroom. Furnished throughout with beautifully restored antique furniture, the bright first-floor living room is perfect for relaxing in front of the open fireplace, with French windows opening onto a large outdoor terrace from the well-equipped open kitchen. A sliding double door divides the living and dining rooms, providing seating for 14-16 guests, while a library, playroom and separate TV room sit adjacent to the living area. Business-specification Wi-Fi supports 20 devices simultaneously, and a geothermal underfloor heating system keeps the house comfortably warm throughout.

The entrance level includes a modern sauna with shower, a laundry room, and a ski room with boot and glove warmers, alongside a large garden, garage parking for one car, and three additional outdoor parking spaces.
