A luxurious mountain chalet in the Swiss Alps, Chalet Leone is a newly renovated, contemporary property that boasts a stunning location.

It was designed by the famous Swiss architect Ernst E. Anderegg, an apprentice of the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright. This Alpine chalet, with its spectacular mountain views, is ideally situated in the dramatic natural landscape of Maloja. It is just a short walk from the beautiful Lake Sils and conveniently close to the exclusive resort of St. Moritz.

The spacious living areas and plush furniture enhance the warm, comfortable atmosphere. Set over three floors and spanning 300 m², Leone is comprised of the main house with four double bedrooms and an additional apartment with a further double bedroom. The apartment is directly connected to the main house but has its own external entrance.

An inviting entrance hall on the ground floor leads into a large open-plan kitchen with a breakfast table and bar. Upstairs on the first floor is a spacious living area with a fireplace, bar and elegant dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a gateway to impressive mountain views which are best enjoyed from the terrace.
