Welcome to Chalet Lavender, a beautifully converted farmhouse just 5 minutes from the slopes of Les Houches. From the original stonework to the vast glass-walled living area, every space is designed for character and comfort.

Chalet Lavender is perfectly situated on a very quiet road, just a 5-minute walk to the slopes and ski school of Les Houches. The six bedrooms, all ensuite, are wonderfully comfortable, with original beams or stonework from the former farm adding a rare touch of class and character throughout. The entrance and staircase are equally beautiful, but it’s the vast main living area that truly impresses – a fully glassed wall offering stunning views up the valley.

Covered parking, a boot and ski room, a cinema room, a chill-out reading room and office, a superb sauna and an outdoor sunken jacuzzi complete the chalet. The ground floor includes covered parking, an entrance with storage, ski and boot room with dryers, a laundry room, a TV room, a sauna with shower room, two ensuite double bedrooms, and a twin ensuite bedroom with direct terrace access alongside the jacuzzi. The first floor holds the kitchen and dining area, a living room with double-sided fireplace, and two further ensuite double bedrooms, while the second floor houses a reading room and office alongside the master ensuite bedroom.

Located on a quiet street in Les Houches, the chalet is just 5 minutes on foot (in après-ski boots) or 1 minute by car from the main Prarion lift, with ski school, a children’s day-care, rental shops, a bakery and bus stop all close by, and Chamonix just 10 minutes’ drive away. A lovely lake, with walking and snowshoeing trails, is also just 5 minutes’ walk from the chalet.
