This unique five-bedroom chalet of supreme standing welcomes up to 12 guests, offering a warm, welcoming setting for unforgettable times with family and friends.

Spread across three floors, the ground level includes an entrance hall, a boot and ski room with boot dryer, a spa area with steam room, sauna, rainwater shower and massage space, a cinema room with full HD projector, a huge private wine cellar, a bunk bedroom for four, and a double garage doubling as a games room with table tennis and table football. The main floor houses an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living area with fireplace opening onto a terrace with integrated sunken jacuzzi, a mezzanine chill-out and kids’ games area, and three further bedrooms, including the master suite with ensuite bath and shower and its own mezzanine desk area. The second floor offers a further twin bedroom.

Located in Les Pelerins, just a two-minute drive or 15-minute walk into Chamonix, and 500m from the nearest supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, the chalet enjoys fantastic views over the valley and Mont Blanc from both the garden and main living area.
