Chalet Ermes occupies a central yet discreet position in Zermatt, just a short walk from the Sunnegga funicular and close to the village centre, shops, restaurants and railway station. The chalet combines old timber, contemporary furnishings and large windows framing views toward the Matterhorn.

The main living floor sits at the top of the chalet, where high-beamed ceilings and picture windows bring in plenty of light. The sitting and dining areas are arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, with access to a balcony for clear mountain views. The open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar and pizza oven, while a separate professional kitchen allows catered service to run quietly behind the scenes.

Chalet Ermes sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children across five ensuite bedrooms. Two master bedrooms sit on the second floor, both opening onto a shared balcony, while the first floor holds two twin bedrooms and a children’s bunk room, alongside an office useful for anyone needing a quiet place to work during the week.

The private spa, also on the top floor, features a large indoor hot tub and sauna, while a separate TV room gives children or teenagers their own evening space. Guests also have access to a shared gym, central lobby and bar area nearby. Practical facilities include a private ski room with heated boot warmers, laundry facilities and an internal lift connecting the floors.
