Villa Velo is a spectacular waterfront property ingeniously designed directly on the water’s edge.

Newly constructed on three levels the villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. The house is luxurious and elegant and has been created using the best of everything, from the striking crystal chandeliers, to the finest stone sinks, beautiful fabrics and contemporary furnishings. The Villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.

The two master suits can be found off the main entrance hall. Both benefit from full height glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views. Blackoutcurtains open to let sunbeams flood the room with warm light. Opposite the bed, the TV screen is linked to the central satellite. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to take breakfast or just to escape to their own private domain. The bathrooms are a sublime exercise in understated opulence.

The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. There is an option of dining inside or outside. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can be found on this level.

Two further en suit bedrooms with patio doors leading out on to the main terrace giving panoramic sea views. A self contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
