Villa Sonya is a magnificent eight bedroom property, set in the heart of Cannes. Accommodating up to 16 guests, this stunning retreat provides a wonderful setting to celebrate a special occasion with family and friends. Flowing across multiple levels, there is just so much space. On the ground floor is the expansive reception room, illuminated by a series of sparkling chandeliers and offering an abundance of cosy sofas and loveseats to relax on. On this level, you will also find the gourmet kitchen, equipped with quality Gaggenau appliances for you or your private chef to take full advantage of. Close by is the light filled dining room, its huge table glowing under the golden lights of the chandelier above. After tucking into a delicious banquet, you can retreat to the neighbouring living room with its plush sofas and television.

Take the stairs up to the first floor to find three of the eight bedrooms, including the opulent master bedroom with its own living room and two double bedrooms. The private gym is also nearby perfect for keeping up with your daily workouts even while away. An intermediate floor hosts two more double bedrooms, both with private terraces that have stunning coastal views as far as the eye can see.

The second floor boasts another large living room, a dining area, and an additional kitchen. From here, you can access a quiet terrace with views across the heated swimming pool and coast. The three remaining double bedrooms are located on this level, one of which has a private balcony.
