Set in 40,000m2 of tropical gardens on a secluded stretch of Ibiza’s coast, Villa Mullborn is one of the most beautiful and luxurious properties on the island. With a spectacular location on the cliff tops overlooking turquoise waters and with direct access to its own cove, the estate is close to the charming rural village of San Carlos with some of Ibiza’s best beaches just a few minutes drive away.

Villa Mullborn has magnificent gardens with over 1,000 species of palm trees and exotic fauna, waterfalls and ponds with Koi fish and ducks. There are two swimming pools – a clifftop infinity pool in front of the main villa with incredible sea views and a second 40 metre Olympic lap pool in the gardens.

Designed by renowned architect, Rolph Blakstad Senior, the estate comprises three traditional style fincas – a main villa with four suites and two guest houses each with two double bedrooms – and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

The main villa has spacious living and dining areas which open up to a sunny terrace beside the pool which is ideal for al fresco dining. Floor-to-ceiling windows create light and space whilst wooden beams and original artefacts help retain the authenticity of the finca. Two large double bedrooms with king-size beds are located on either side of the living area and a further two bedrooms are situated on the top floor – a twin bedroom with a beautiful terrace and a master suite with dramatic sea views, terrace and cedar hot tub.

Further along the coast and elevated above a beautiful garden stands the guest house – “La Buena Vista.” This property has stunning sea views, a charming living room with fireplace, a dining room with open kitchen and two spacious en-suite bedrooms with sliding doors opening onto outdoor living terraces.

Set in a desert inspired cactus garden is the second guest house – “La Buena Brisa.” The property has a kitchen and living area opening onto a large terrace with incredible sea views and also overlooks the tennis court. The villa has two bedroom suites, one with sea views and the other overlooking the garden.

Villa Mullborn has many other exceptional features including a cinema and games room with pool table, football and table tennis, a lounge with DJ booth, a tennis court, fully equipped gym and infrared sauna. There is even a mini golf course for those who fancy a quick game.

Guests also have access to a Mastercraft CX220 speedboat with captain, water sports equipment and direct access to a secluded cove offering many activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing and fishing.
