Commissioned in 1911 by Swiss industrialist Paul Girod and completed in 1919, this Florentine style mansion stands as one of the few original large scale private Châteaux on the Côte d’Azur. From 2019 to 2022, it underwent a meticulous renovation to the highest standards, ensuring the preservation of the property’s heritage.

Perched on a hilltop amidst lush woodlands and gardens, it offers captivating views of the iconic turquoise waters, the bustling Port of Cannes, and the serene Lérins Islands.
