Villa Grace is an exquisite twelve-bedroom beachfront mansion sleeping up to 30 people, one of the most luxurious vacation rentals in the Caribbean. The original colonial roundhouse exteriors and lush, landscaped gardens have been beautifully preserved, while the interiors offer every modern comfort for the discerning traveller—a classical, romantic setting combined with the finest contemporary facilities.

Set across over two acres of tropical gardens with 105 metres of beach frontage, the property is divided into two distinct areas. On the beachside, the main house holds twelve bedrooms, a swimming pool, private beach coves, dining pavilions, a library, a beach bar and beachfront gardens. Just across the road, less than a minute’s walk away, the Zen Garden area houses most of the property’s entertainment facilities, including a fully equipped gymnasium, beauty salon, all-weather tennis court, children’s play area, conference room and cinema.

The main entrance hall opens onto a grand reception room, a living room with grand piano, a library, a bar and the main dining pavilion, with polished teak and mahogany floors leading directly onto the gardens, infinity pool and beach. The open architecture blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living, maximising natural light and the cooling trade winds, with breathtaking views over the gardens, beach and sea from every living space. Interiors blend haute couture furniture and fine artwork with a relaxed Balinese and Bajan spirit throughout.

Guests can dine in the main pavilion for evening gatherings or enjoy a more casual bite at the beachside gazebo, prepared by an on-site chef and team, with a fully stocked guest kitchen available around the clock. Two boats are included for guest use—a 33-foot vessel for cruising and fishing, and an 18-foot Boston Whaler for water sports.
