Villa Maya sits just a couple of steps from the beautiful, crescent-shaped shoreline of Reed’s Bay in St James—a quiet, unspoiled beach with calm aquamarine waters and an endless expanse of white sand. Spacious and welcoming, the villa’s seven bedrooms make it perfectly suited to family gatherings, reunions or get-togethers with friends.

Stepping inside, guests are greeted by a formal living room that flows onto a gracious patio, offering breathtaking views over the tropical gardens and the sea beyond. An elegant dining pavilion features a coral stone table seating fourteen, overlooking the swimming pool and garden—an idyllic spot for evenings with family.

The villa’s seven bedrooms are split across the main house and a separate cottage. The main house includes a primary suite with adjoining marble bathroom, remote-controlled air conditioning and convertible twin/king beds, alongside three further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a fifth single bedroom ideal for a teenager or nanny. The cottage, set back on the southern lawn, offers two further air-conditioned double bedrooms. A dedicated study houses a television, DVD player, computer and library, with multiple phone lines and an intercom keeping communication easy throughout the property.
