Welcome to Villa Benoite, perched on the dune above the legendary Pampelonne beach in Ramatuelle, where lush gardens and Provençal architecture frame sweeping views over the bay. From the central atrium to the poolside pergola, every space is designed to help you slow down and savour the beauty of the Côte d’Azur.

Ramatuelle, just minutes south of Saint-Tropez, is home to the magnificent Pampelonne beach and its famed beach club, a favourite among celebrities and photographers alike. With its brilliant turquoise waters and remarkably fine sand, the beach is one of the coast’s most iconic settings—and on the dune overlooking it, Villa Benoite occupies a privileged position. Shielded from view by dense vegetation and elevated above its surroundings, the villa serves as a true belvedere over the bay, reserving its grandiose panorama exclusively for its guests.

Though newly built, Villa Benoite honours the traditional architecture of Provence, spread almost entirely across one level beneath a roof of flamed terracotta tiles. Its bright white façades open onto the garden through wide, arched bay windows. The immense landscaped garden features rockeries, flower beds and terraced restanques, home to an impressive botanical collection. Near the villa, a terrace offers a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining area with views over the bay, while a second terrace in the garden hosts a swimming pool and a stone pool house topped with a driftwood pergola, complete with an additional lounge and bar. A eight-seat jacuzzi set directly into the lawn completes the outdoor spaces.

The villa is organised around a grand central atrium, covered by a striking wrought-iron glass roof, which houses the main lounge and dining room. Open on three sides and from above, this unique space creates the constant impression of being outdoors, while a reversible air-conditioning system installed throughout the property ensures comfort in every season. Downstairs, a cinema room doubles as a convivial gathering space, complete with a bar and comfortable daybeds.

The bedrooms offer a rich variety of atmospheres—a traditional, rustic ambiance on the first floor with wrought iron, painted natural wood and crystal chandeliers, or a more contemporary feel on the ground floor. The bathrooms follow the same aesthetic direction, pairing ceramic and marble in one style with elegantly sculpted Corian in the other.
