Overview

This stunning mansion is peacefully located on a plot of land of 12.000m2 near beautiful sunset beach Cala Conta in the southwestern part of Ibiza island. The gardens of this property are truly out of this world, featuring more than 100 palm trees of different kinds, olive trees of more than 100 years, 4m long antique amphoras, exotic plants and animals as well as a large koi pond with some of the fish reaching a length of 150 cm. Besides the pool deck with comfortable double day beds you can choose between two more, covered chill out spaces in the garden providing peace and refuge from the daytime heat and listen to the song of the exotic birds or the soft breeze playing a tune in the leaves of the palm trees. Above the two pools there is another wooden chill out deck with covered day beds and sofas. The house offers an open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen and five en suite bedrooms on the ground level and two master bedrooms on the upper floor (65 m2 each suite) with a total of three kingsized double beds, three queen size double beds and one twin room, three of the bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.
